Pros: Looks nicer than other cup warmers/coolers. It has two different cooling modes. The mug is coated, not bare metal. Cons: Heats/cools enough to make drinking out of an aluminum cup uncomfortable, but not enough to work well with a non-metal cup. The light seems too bright. The touch button is too easy to accidentally activate. The aluminum heating/cooling pad isn't flat so I can't use any other mug effectively, nor does it make good contact with standard cans; and while it holds the included cup in place, the outer rim is exposed to air, causing condensation to form on it. Oh, and the mug's coating was damaged in several places when I received it.
