Stainless steel is stronger than ordinary steel which is already very strong. Knowing this, you can rest assured that a stainless steel screw will never break when fastening plastic to aluminum. Not right. As you can see, this particular screw came loose when tightened. Now I have to drill through the roof of my RV to drill out the stuck screw and put in a new larger screw. RV roof work is already difficult, and butyl tape is going to be a mess to deal with to remove that screw. Thanks for the mess guys, I really appreciate it. (SARCASM)
