Review on DeLonghi CGH800 Contact Grill Panini by Veronica Fermin

Truly an exceptional Panini press. I bought this for my wife after looking at other models and some didn't have adjustable heat (why wouldn't you want that?) and this model was wider than many as well. She really likes it and I was very impressed with it from a man's point of view. The adjustable heat is definitely a nice feature, and the adaptive hinge works great, allowing you to press on the food instead of mashing it. I burned myself a few times before getting used to where the "no touch" zones were. The packaging was also a bit lacking, but it was Christmas and I'm sure they were crushed. But that's not a blow to the car, just plain to someone who thought a small piece of thick paper was enough for wrapping.
