Easy assembly and installation. With the Sonos One, however, the only metal element is the bracket that screws into the wall. It's very solid. However, the part that the speakers sit on is made of plastic. This means the speaker will wobble slightly when touched and won't sit entirely flush with the wall - the plastic pulls down and away from the speaker's weight. The color isn't the same either - rather "darker" or more yellowish than the bright white speaker. (The matte plastic doesn't help either.) Finally, once it's installed and secured, it's almost impossible to remove the small piece of plastic that slides under the speaker. This isn't generally a problem, with the exception of (at least my) Sonos system and individual speakers randomly and frequently disappearing from the app, and removing it is a lot easier to work/fix than fiddling with it on the wall. But that's another review for another time.
