A friend suggested trying collagen supplements to improve skin condition and strengthen joints and bones. I've tried collagen powder but often haven't had a chance to make a smoothie to mix it in, so I figured capsules might be better for me. I've been taking them for a while now and I've noticed that my nails are growing faster and seem stronger than they used to be.
