If you have the original cables on your engine, simply replace them one by one and you'll be fine. I wish I had bought it from my previous wire replacement, just had to logically adjust the size from coil to plug spacing as the aftermarket wires I had were universal. There were some cable ratings and connector numbers that might have had something to do with which cable goes where, but I couldn't find any info online. I have a 1999 F150 v6 and had no problem adjusting cylinders 1,3 and 6 on the engine. These are other cylinders that have wires of the same length. It doesn't matter, everything works perfectly, although you have to arbitrarily put wires of the same length on the cylinders 2,4,5.
