I decided to build a mini golf course in my garden instead of a driving range. This lawn seems suitable for it. I ordered nine rolls, three to four feet wide and up to 20 feet long. I hope everything lasts for many years. I live in northern Utah and it's a drought with limited irrigation. I'm working on removing all the grass. There is also an upper deck in the backyard and I plan to make an 18 hole course on it. There is a net and a chipping area. For this area the grass is longer and I hit from a small mat to reduce wear. The driver can be hit from a tee without a mat. I do chip shots with plastic balls in each hole. There are three types of grass on the small carpet. I also have a cornhole style chips game.
