Review on MailCharts by Shane Yay

I like that it's easy for my team members who are not tech-savvy users of this software but still need an overview about their business' sales process or internal processes in general - just have them open up mailcharts at home while doing other things! We also use some 3rd party integrations which can be difficult sometimes if you don't know exactly what your data needs look like (or even better than).

It helps me see all our campaigns across channels within one place now so we no longer needed multiple spreadsheets with different tabs/data points each time as well since the dashboards help us keep track visually without having too many clicks involved from thereon out. Also being able to visualize trends over long periods has helped save tons more man hours going through past reports compared before using mails charts. This was really helpful during times where everything seemed negative due either bad marketing automation rules set by.
