I like that it is very easy to use as well its free for small business accounts which you can expand later at no additional cost! It's also helpful when your phone system goes down or if there are issues in between calls from one person using their cell phones back into an office where they used telnets connected via computers running Windows Server 2008 R2 (or higher).

Notifications sent out by Microsoft will not always be received but overall working ok so far - haven't had any problems yet though since our systems were designed around this software!! Great product & service offered for low prices compared others more expensive offerings. Free trial was great way to get started without committing too much money upfront. This has been beneficial during emergency situations such as hurricanes/tornadoes etcetera because we have continuity throughout all offices even outside areas affected directly.
