Review on 🌍 Rolo Adventures LLC Roll Up Mat - Portable and Convenient for On-the-go Travel by John Bosch

I've wanted this for a long time, read the reviews and wondered if it would fit my needs. I finally bit the bullet just before a cruise to use as carry-on luggage. I am very satisfied: very well made and light, so you don't have to weigh your clothes. I was able to pack small toiletries like shampoo, lotion etc but you definitely can't pack shoes unless they are flip flops. The packaging is a little different as you end up rolling everything up, so you need to flatten and fold everything first to fit the size of the zipped compartment and then roll everything up. I think I'd like to see a way to fold the edges to keep the weather out (as others have suggested) but overall this is a great product and just the right size for a 3-4 day trip. for warm climates, maybe a little less for cold ones, unless you pack thin, impermeable materials when you're backpacking.
