This is a difficult review because although in some ways there is nothing particularly wrong with the product, after experimenting I found that its design is fundamentally flawed ie connected navigation. The fact is that the rubber naturally stretches as you move forward in the water, so at some point it will always pull back. I found this regular backward, jerky motion uncomfortable, unnatural, and unstable. Additionally, it becomes tied to your waist, causing weight shifts, sagging of the legs, and an inability to mimic actual swimming. Needless to say, the product falls short of its own standard. Maybe the other person wants to adjust to the effects mentioned above, then there is nothing to be said against the product. However, you may find this review helpful when deciding if this product is working as intended.
