The pool at my apartment isn't long enough to swim in circles. I used a similar device when I was competing in swimming in high school. It is well made from high quality materials. I hate positive reviews that deceive so here's the truth. That's the best twenty-three dollars I've spent this month. I have tried other swim harnesses and this is by far the best. I love the bungee because it has the right amount of resistance and doesn't wobble when you swim. I like the wide belt. The belt works perfectly. Swimming feels natural. Attached it to the screen body (about 8 feet) using a rotating Husky Velcro hanger (purchased from Home Depot) and a 1/4" OD rubber irrigation hose (also purchased from HD).
