Poor best in TV, radio and network antennas

Okay, I moved into an industrial house that has an all-metal body. Cell phone reception was terrible. "Call failed" and abandoned the calls. When I went outside I got 4 bars. In a bar if I'm lucky. So I got one of these and figured since the antenna is outside I'll get 2-3 strips right? Not correct. Now my phone is Razer so I bought an adapter for it. The adapter fits very risky. Sometimes I have a few cycles, sometimes nothing. So I called Wilson to see if I was doing something wrong. nope I was told, "That's it, and in any case the gain is only 2dB." So I'm back to the drawing board. I'm looking at Wilson products and they make a cradle. You connect this antenna to the stand where you always keep your phone. OK, how do you answer that? Definitely Bluetooth. So that got me thinking. In some places in the house I can get up to three bars - for example, on the windowsill. So I ordered a Motorola 730 that you can sync with both phones around the house. This is my solution to the problem. So the Razer adapter doesn't fit very well and will lose connection and fall out of the back of the phone. Those antennas will eventually go away anyway when it comes to connecting directly to your phone. I've been told that very rarely is there a place to plug it in. So consider spending a little over a hundred dollars on a stand, antenna, and home office adapter if you're having the problems I'm having. Or put your phone next to a window.
