Overall I am satisfied with this product however I was very disappointed with the efforts taken to assemble this item. When it arrived, it was not assembled and - based off the reviews of this product on Revain - I thought it would be a seamless one minute assembly (and part of the reason why I ordered the product). I am unsure whether I was doing the assembly correctly or not - but I spent over an hour attempting to have the three racks assembled (as displayed on the box and the Revain site). The first two easily assembled in a minute however the third was quite challenging. Again - I am unsure whether or not I was "assembling” as intended, but no directions or detailed instructions were provided in the package or on Revain. Ultimately, the handle of the third rack broke while in the process of attempting assembly, a testament to the challenge of linking the third rack. Though the handle snapped, I was able to gorilla glue the handle and the rack is fully functional. It wasn’t until the handle snapped that I was able to assemble the third tier of the rack.Though I am satisfied with this product I would encourage a more detailed assembly instructions (maybe a video or step-by-step guide) to assist users with assembling the third rack. Despite this issue, the rack is very useful, works well in my kitchen and is a nice organizer for wine bottles of various sizes.
