I love the idea and design behind this product. However, if you have anything in the drawer whatsoever, it doesn't pull out very easily at all. I have to hold down the fasteners to the desk top in order to keep the whole thing from sliding off my desk. I've just started reaching in and fumbling around for what I need instead of pulling the drawer out, but that kind of defeats the purpose of why I bought them.

This shelf drawer seems like a good concept. I had some pet items (joint supplements, etc.) that I wanted to store, and I liked the idea that they wouldn't fall out. The drawer is easy enough to "assemble", but I've run into several issues.This doesn't stay "attached" to the shelf, meaning the whole thing slides off when you try to pull the drawer out. I believe there was hardware that came with it that allowed it to be screwed into the shelf, but the pre-drilled holes in the metal weren't…

This is a great idea, one that I wish would have worked as I thought it would.The screws didn't fit in the pre-drilled holes (and even if they did, the pressure against the shelf would not have been enough to hold the unit in place), so I had to use some that I had laying around. The metal that houses the basket edge crimped ever so slightly, and now the drawer doesn't slide out as easily as I hoped.

The screws didn’t fit into the holes and basket doesn’t slide in and out. Bought it once, retuned it and asked for another one, which will be returned as well.

I added these to the shelf in my closet, to hold unmentionables and accessories. They are a decent size and fit my needs. The only complaint I have is that the pressure screws didnt fit in the holes for them, no matter what I did.The good news is they work, they do the job with very little wiggle and they look super classy on my wood shelves with black brackets. If I redo my kitchen, Im thinking about replacing some drawers or cabinets with these as well.

We love this! We have shelves in our pantries that are too tall so we have unused space. These help to store snacks and use more space efficiently! We’ve only had a few days so can’t speak to sturdiness but seems pretty good!

I recently bought this to hold my 13in macbook pro (11.97W x 8.36D) under my desk. When I finished assembling the product, my Macbook did not properly fit in the basket as the product dimensions listed do not reflect the usable space. The 13.4"W listed results in less than 11.5"W of actual usable space. Will be returning.

I got this and while i do love it trying to put it together was a nightmare. Putting the frame together was easy then you put the basket on the rail that attaches to the desk or shelf it will go on using two screws so that when it is pulled open the basket doesn't fall off the track. That is where the problem came in, now the two screws for the left sides went in with little or no problem and the two on the right just refused to go in correctly and something that should have taken maybe 5…

Sturdy and works well. I placed it on a wood cabinet shelf and it fits and no sliding off. I’m not too sure what the screws were supposed to do. I didn’t have any issues putting them in the holes as some reviewers-but it really wasn’t needed in my case. My shelf was thick enough that there is no issue of sliding off when opening the drawer. Very happy with my purchase.

Made with really cheap materials. The screws wore down within minutes making it really difficult to screw them in or out. Ended up bending the screw and the hole itself so now it’s just stuck there (not to mention I tore off some skin in the process). The product is nice I guess if only it wouldn’t fall apart on assembly.

This is off-white rather than stark white. It's easy to assemble, sturdy enough for the price. However, the screw holes are too small for the provided screws to fit.

It is sturdy and has good capacity. The design is simple and easy to put together. It would work but the holes to screw the sliding part are not aligned making it hard to get it to work as intended.

We have an older fridge and 3 littles under 5 so the original draws broke. These do not slide easily so you will need both hands to use but they can hold the weight of my meats and cheeses so I’m not complaining.

The one I received came in a bag that was barely sealed and the hardware was missing. Upon closer evaluation on of the holes appeared to have been bent and disfigured. It looked as if someone had returned this with no hardware and the black paint had been rubbed off near the wear on the on hole.

These are very sturdy once installed. They have a screw that secures them to the shelf that makes them more secure than other hanging shelves like this I’ve used. There is a tendency for the drawer to go crooked and get hung up when pushing it back in but it’s a minor inconvenience

Had to return the first pair because the pre-drilled holes were lined up so poorly that they did not slide at all. Pulled on one after assembly/installation & the whole shelf it was attached to came out of the cabinet but the drawer did not slide at all. Second round 1 slides fine but 1 isn't great.

Horrible to assemble. The screws do not tap in correctly and most importantly do no line up. Looking for another set of screws to help with second basket and preferably fix the first one. This should have been extremely easy to assemble not sure what their thought process was. But basket is super cute.

Maybe it's me, but I find it doesn't grip or stay put on a thinner shelf and it's very difficult to get it to open smoothly. I will seek out a solution that might help.

I'm glad I bought it but it doesn't slide in and out easily, gets stuck but for me it's usable and helpful May not be sturdy enough for daily use!

I put this up in less than 5 minutes! The drawer slides easily whether full or empty. I use it for small snack items like chips.
