Review on Tower IRace Inflatable Stand Paddle by Reginald Pitt

So far I've been very happy with this one

So far I've been very happy with it. I've been kayaking for many years but I wanted to try something new and thought the dog might like the change too. God I couldn't imagine how much a dog loves to paddle. Maybe it's more space or slower speed. I don't know but the dog loves it which makes me love it even more. Good quality pump, but allow at least ten minutes to inflate. I wish the instructions were better as the instructions are all YouTube videos with little to no information in the box. That's great unless you have an internet connection when you first use the product. I ended up blowing air wrong and ruined the valve so I had to order a new valve. This is not a product defect but could be fixed with some simple paper instructions. I really didn't want to go on an inflatable but I'm very glad I did. Because it's so easy to transport, load and unload, I use it more and more on a whim. It's not that hard to toss it in the back of a truck after work and walk away. No shelves. No belts. It is neither bulky nor difficult to move. That's great. Even the ten minutes it takes to inflate feels like less work than working with a hard shell kayak. Otherwise the quality seems very good. The black will warm up if left in the sun - fine if it's on the water, but death to any grass to sit on. Overall I am very happy with the product and look forward to many more years of kayaking with my dog.
