UPDATED: Five Star Customer Service! They sent a new one the same day I told them what had happened. We really like this helmet, we're just crazy about how it turned out. Thanks again! I bought this helmet 2 months ago. It was a perfect fit for my then 8 month old and still fits my 10 month old very comfortably with plenty of room to adjust as he grows. I don't leave it in the sun, but the black plastic underneath the colored part has started to warp. I first noticed it outside about a week ago but yesterday my son kept trying to rip it off. He doesn't usually do that, so I looked into it. The black part has started to warp inward and now presses against his head when the helmet is on. Full of crap.
