stopped functioning properly, can’t get help from manufacturers or amazon
The tablet orientation is off everytime i plug it in and after a while the cursor will start bugging out. They make it extremely difficult to do anything about it as far as getting a replacement or refund as it’s not covered by the warranty i bought with it and contacting the manufacturer has been useless as they keep telling me to try different troubleshoot methods that I’ve tried 50 times already. It’s been days since I last heard back. Do not recommend.
- Easy to set up and use, even for beginners
- The pen's accuracy may not be consistent, leading to unwanted mistakes in drawings
