Review on SyncStream ACA Dashboard by Jeremy Meza

I like how easy it was to use, its great that we were able see all our patient's at once versus having multiple tabs open! The fact there isn't any filters so you would have no clue what information your looking into until after reviewing each page makes me wish this can be changed by admin? We are seeing more patients getting filled in an easier way than ever before since they don’t need paper charts anymore!! They still take time for us but not as long compared when taking them from hard copy notes/chart entries-we go back through old records or even fax paperwork over just about every month now which saves many hours of searching thru medical record database etc.-it cuts down waiting times & reduces lost items too. I like how easy it is to use, especially for smaller companies that don't have IT departments. It makes it easier to keep track of patient information in one place. The ability to add more fields or modify existing ones at any time would be nice. There are times when there will be a delay before information is updated in the dashboard. This isn't too bad but could definitely be improved. We use this product to keep track of patient data.
