SyncStream ACA Dashboard Review

The dashboard gives me visibility into all my data, including patient info! It keeps track of everything from what I see to when it was seen by someone else in our organization. There are some quirks that can be annoying like how long you have been on leave before your absence starts being tracked or what exactly counts as "medical" vs. non-medical absences (i know this one seems nitpicky but for accounting purposes its important). It's easy to use, it allows you to see all your data in one place which makes things easier for us as we are not required to search through multiple systems looking at different information (as this would be more difficult). I have used other platforms such as HealthConnect but found them hard to navigate sometimes so was unsure whether or not they could handle our needs - however after reviewing what Synchstream can do now that i know how powerful its capabilities were! I like how easy it was to use, its great that we were able see all our patient's at once versus having multiple tabs open! The fact there isn't any filters so you would have no clue what information your looking into until after reviewing each page makes me wish this can be changed by admin? We are seeing more patients getting filled in an easier way than ever before since they don’t need paper charts anymore!! They still take time for us but not as long compared when taking them from hard copy
