I compared Optimum Nutrition's scoop (Gold Standard 100% Whey) to this product's scoop, which is a HUGE scoop size at Nitro-Tech! Unsurprisingly, it contains more protein and other listed elements than Optimum Nutrition since its scoop is 50% larger. I had to deduct two stars from this product because I felt their advertising was a bit misleading to consumers. Because this product is only 1.5 scoops compared to Optimum Nutrition, the total servings in this container are significantly smaller than a comparable Optimum Nutrition product of the same weight. On top of that, the product appears to have the same overall quality as Optimum Nutrition and tastes just as good too. I will probably continue to buy both products, in constant rotation.
