Effectively prevents chafing, rarely falls off when running
I use them every time I run. I've tried other anti-chafing methods that have stained my shirts. These sticky pads work great. One of them fell off during a couple of my runs, maybe about 5% of the time. Seems to be more when I haven't cut my chest hair. This happened midway through a 6-10 mile run so the chafing wasn't severe as it protected me for most of my run.
