I found a way to fix this junk

HOW TO FIX THIS CRAZY FRIEND: The legs (teeth) are very weak with a hook on the end, not even 1/ 3 of them size of the originals. I wanted to return them but my printer doesn't recognize my new computer so I can't print a return label. Remove the entire head with the roller as if replacing it. Grab the white rounded ends and separate them. Do the same for the defective white head. A new pink or blue roller falls out. Insert the new roll into the old head and snap it back. There are small pins on each end of the file/roller that need to be inserted into tiny slots before they snap back into place.
