Okay, so. I never write reviews but these socks are so great. I'm preparing for a 23.7 mile hike and I can tell you I've spent a lot on shoes and socks over the past four months. I swear I have a stash of blister bandages and my legs are pretty exhausted. The big day is in a week and as a last resort to get rid of the blisters I bought these socks. They arrived yesterday and today I did a 6 1/2 mile hike to try them out. I'm happy to say there are no blisters! I don't mean MORE blisters. I am currently taking care of four previous ones. I thought they were weird and too hot but they were so soft and comfortable all over and there wasn't a single hot spot. I've ordered two more pairs! . Hooray, no more blisters or hot spots. I wish I had received them 4 months ago. I wear shoes in sizes 9 to 9 1/2 and the medium weight shoes fit great and offer perfect cushioning.
