Review on Oracal Matte Black Vinyl Cutters Scrapbooking & Stamping by Elizabeth Carey
Tried to switch to something but to no avail.
I used Oracle before and had no problems. This roll did not come off the transfer base after cutting the vinyl. The entire cast has only caused problems. It went up nicely from the substrate to the transfer adhesive, but didn't come off after installation. The return period has expired. Will not order this particular type again. While the 45ft roll was a waste of time. Not a single part was submitted.
