Oracal Matte Black Vinyl Cutters Scrapbooking & Stamping Review

I used Oracle before and had no problems. This roll did not come off the transfer base after cutting the vinyl. The entire cast has only caused problems. It went up nicely from the substrate to the transfer adhesive, but didn't come off after installation. The return period has expired. Will not order this particular type again. While the 45ft roll was a waste of time. Not a single part was submitted.

I ordered this roll to repair some custom rally stripe sections I ordered from a vinyl wrap company. I made a few mistakes when it was my first time and this reel was perfect for me to cut out some custom pieces and try again. It was EXACTLY the same Oracal 651 in every way that I originally bought at the record store, only on a long roll. Thickness, durability and feel are exactly the same for me, so I don't think it's wrong like others might think. Good price.

TEACHER! Stop using this so-called non-fading paper! This material is ideal for covering bulletin boards and is not as sticky as contact paper. It's sticky enough to stick to surfaces and removes easily. The pins leave little marks and you can't even tell they aren't straight! Yes, you have to roll and stick more and narrower strips than regular paper, but it looks MUCH better and lasts forever. You can even create faux boards on plain walls since it's sticky.
