Exactly what I needed.
I had to replace the riser bushings on my bike for two reasons. 1. My old bushings were just like that, old and worn out. 2. I am installing 16" suspension on my bike and need polyurethane bushings for better stability compared to OEM rubber bushings. Now that I've installed the new polyurethane bushings, I can't feel any flex in the handlebars.
