I like that you can create custom surveys for your event to gather feedback from attendees about their experience at an upcoming conference! You also have access through Survey Monkey which makes it easy share results with other people in our organization who are not using this service as well!! We've been able use survey monkey since we started utilizing them back when they were called Sqwish so there wasn't much of anything new or different once implemented into my team's process - just more efficient communications between teams within me & others across departments.
