These Horze neoprene bells broke after just over a week of use. My horse used to graze, not ride. He took off 2 of his boots even though he was wearing those boots on display and ripped off half of the boot on display with them. I wonder if he pulled the boot out because he stepped on a boot that was on display. They seem very easy to step on and I would never use them off-road or for fox hunting for safety reasons. I was hoping the thick neoprene would provide cushioning, but this design seems to make it easier for the rear foot to grip the boot. I will say I didn't think they would rub. However, I didn't succeed.
