I like that it has many features for managing projects, including time tracking/billing as well as resource management (managing people). It's also very easy to use once you've got used to its interface. The project dashboard is not always clear enough - sometimes there are too much information displayed at one go which makes finding what you're looking for difficult! This software helps me manage my work better by making sure everything gets done in an organized manner so nothing falls through the cracks or goes unnoticed. Also with this tool we can easily keep track of all our resources' activities across different teams within the organization. There isn't anything really bad about using this product. If your team uses Microsoft Project then switching over will be seamless since they have similar functions available here. We were able to switch from MS-project seamlessly without any issues because most things functioned similarly between both products.
