Not very elastic, drawstring for decoration.
Little did I know that they are not very elastic and that the lace is only needed for decoration. It's usually 3T, but these are a bit big and we can't pull the cord to make them tighter. Good price, looks good but it would be better if you could adjust the drawstring to keep them from falling off.
