Review on Whitewashed Serving Holders Control: Streamline and Elevate Your Tablescape with MyGift by Chris Dildine

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A little expensive but durable.

Robust and functional. There were no splinters or poor workmanship in my unit. As you can see from the photo, I stored 4 remote controls in it, and there is still enough space for a pair. I also put a piece of wood in one of the snack compartments for my coffee mug, which is my only beef, there's no cutout for a mug. If you're a handy guy with a garage full of tools, you could easily make one of these with 1x10 and 1x4 provided the price of wood gets cheaper ($20 for a 1x10x6'!). All in all a good block you'll use, although I think it's a bit pricey and doesn't have the requisite cup handle slot.

Pros
  • Handles cut out on the side facilitate transport from the kitchen to the living room
Cons
  • So far, so good
