I can't clean the bristles which worries me
I like everything about it except a few months at the base of the bristles where they come out there was a reddish brown spot of hard green plastic. I've tried brushing with another brush using hot soapy water while spraying on bleach (which works on my nail brushes but not this brush) to no avail. So I can't recommend it. I don't know if bleaching is inert and harmless. It works well though, I like the hard side/soft side feature.
