Review on 🚪 ECCPP Rear Hatchback Struts Gas Springs for Toyota Prius 2008-2015 and Prius Plug-In 2012-2015 | Compatible with 6244 Strut Set of 2 by Jason Staggs

So this review is about 6 months after purchasing this item (2 struts for my 2008 Toyota Prius). The reason for the one star is because they damaged my car. let me explain. These struts are non-damping (i.e. they raise the sunroof quickly without slowing it down). 6 months later the part that connects to the car (it's bolted onto the luggage rack) came loose and when I opened my trunk today the flimsy clip broke off, the shock absorber popped out and the sunroof slammed onto the luggage rack. cause damage to the car. I checked another post and the other clip literally fell out (on the base). Cheap brackets. I'm not one of the negatives, I'm one of the saints. Avoid.
