The brush it comes with is useless and although it has a neat little holder in the tank it adds nothing more than a neat aesthetic and the bristles are rubbish after two uses because you will bend them if you try scrape off minerals. The minerals themselves are not actually filtered out by the filter. So I'm not sure what the filter even does? We have very hard water, but we have city water that doesn't have the worst performance in the world. It hasn't gone soggy so I'm giving the unit that, but after just 20 days of 8 hours of daily use our unit was absolutely 100% encrusted with scale/calcium and the filter was completely clogged and thrown away.
