Review on New Balance KV990V4 Toddler Girls' Running Shoes by Ronald Duguay

Velcro in this style (KV990) differs from KV888 in one very important way. The strap simply goes through the top of the shoe. It doesn't twist, which means it's difficult to get it to tighten the shoe from side to side. It doesn't work for my daughter as she has narrow legs. However, it may be preferable for full legs. And I agree with others that the tongue is too fat and big. Maybe this is meant to help the shoe stay in place, but it's ineffective.
