It took me a minute to figure out how to remove the mounting plate from the base. Take a pair of needle nose pliers, insert them into the 2 holes and twist them. After I realized that everything was straight. And for those wondering what that screw and bushing is for, it's a concrete anchor. If you're using it on a drywall, you don't need it. I suggest using drywall anchors other than the ones provided. The magnetic base feels a little too strong at first, but once installed it doesn't take long to loosen. Nice and clean processing and works as described!
