Not recommended, feels like solid rubber sheets. The sizing labels are incorrect, and once in the ear, they stick so tightly to the skin that they cannot be rotated. A plus is that they stick to the skin very well, there's no problem with them falling out while sleeping, so I guess that's a plus?
