I love this fireplace insert! Not only was the price cheaper than most I've found, but the quality is amazing! It heats up quickly, not too noisy, there's a thermostat so turns on and off as needed, cools down quickly, the glass itself doesn't feel hot just over where the heater is blowing, and it's slightly different colours the flame. Choose! It looks so realistic in orange or a mix of orange and blue! There's orange, red, and blue, plus a mix of those if you like. At a setting of 7, it cycles through all colors about every 10 seconds. My kids love this one, but I prefer the plain orange. The sizing was a bit different than what I needed, I knew that when I bought it, but I liked it so I planned on making it work somehow. It was short by about 2-3 inches, but we did some DIY and it worked! My husband built a small wooden box to put a support on, then we attached small nails with cheap trim to the front of the box and spray painted it white to match our fireplace. You can't even say it seriously! I like that this is a built-in fireplace insert. It looks so real! All of the other built-in fireplaces we've looked at cost MUCH more money. This is a bargain for the settings and the quality you get. Also, make sure that the seller will assist in any way he can with this. I did not receive my remote control with it. I was very disappointed and wanted the remote control so bad I wanted to send it back. They responded quickly to my emails and immediately sent me another remote control. If you doubt it, just buy it. You will love it! Photos cannot convey all the beauty.
