Review on Haaga 477 Profi Line Deluxe Sweeper by Todd Fernandez

I bought this to see if sweeper technology could be a good solution for cleaning our paved metal recycling plant. Scrap metal is inherently dirty, and we constantly deal with the litter that gradually falls off our materials - bits of metal, wire, bits of wood from broken pallets, bits of concrete from construction, bricks brought in by trucks, dirt. We have a sweeper but there are areas it can't reach and sometimes the broom and shovel are too far away and difficult to clean up a small mess. First, NO ASSEMBLY REQUIRED. ! The unit came fully assembled except the handle snapped into the frame - that's all. I was done and swept in 5 minutes. In terms of performance, we've tried it a number of ways and so far we've been impressed. There are different floor textures in our facility, and the brush height adjustment is convenient. It definitely picks up more than I thought it would, from debris to dust, including heavier and weirder bits of metal. Excellent single pass efficiency. The photos show what it can withstand. It's lightweight, which is great in terms of storage and use, but only time will tell if it holds up in harsh industrial environments. We'll definitely buy a few more if our review sample holds up.
