FOUND THE ADJUSTING SCREW! The CVT pedal out of the box is terrible. HOWEVER, THIS CAN BE DISCONTINUED! If you unscrew the screw on the bottom of the pedal and slowly pry it open to reveal the innards, you'll see the switch. There should be a white adjustment screw on the front. Hope that helps!
