#1 First thing I open it and it tells me to go online for instructions! How lazy do you have to be not to include a printed manual with the package. #2 I've put these things on a lot of products and never had a problem with them. The first went in the garbage. I took the second one out of the box and had to do the same. Then there were bubbles. I thought it was the substrate and not the product, I was wrong. I put them on anyway because I already threw one away. I will use it until it compels me to replace it. DISSATISFIED!
