DRY BEFORE WEARING

Looks cool but definitely too big for my neck. I'm a skinny guy but I usually have the opposite problem with chokers where they are too tight around my Adam's apple. My other complaint is that when I first put it on it was itchy and gave me a red ring around my neck. I wiped it off, which seems to have helped, but it still pisses me off that there was something on it that got me to react in the first place.
