I give 5 stars even though the drain hose cover was never closed. Because it's stored, it doesn't leak that way. However, I put it in the tub of warm water, the low setting/voltage is warm enough. The heater works VERY well, you can feel it with your toes. Massagers are powerful and effective, pleasant sensations! The central "scraper" doesn't do anything because you can't reach it effectively, and it doesn't have the ability to peel anyway - it's useless. Bubbles are damn good. There is no waterfall although I didn't expect it. I'm a women's size 10, it works great with different areas of the sole, my husband is 12, there's not enough room for it, like he's stuck in one position. I use Dead Sea salts in it, very satisfied. Is there such a model without a remote control and cheaper? Get it, the remote works but is seriously useless, just lean forward. The "dust cover" is wobbly and clunky, but good; The grip is great and the device is nice and deep to work on your lower ankles, which is what I need right now. It basically does what it says, too, with the downsides of "peeling" and a loose drain cap; I'm happy with that.
