Water Filter and Water Softener Leaking at Top Seam
I was happy to find a replacement for my Filtrete but once the charcoal was drawn in and the water was flowing for the suggested 5 minutes (Filtrete suggested this) , I searched for water on the kitchen floor and under the sink. The Crystala filter was leaking in the top seam of the unit itself, not in conjunction with the Filtrete system. I didn't take any chances with the second one I bought as a backup.
