Update 20/07/2020 - Purse sent recently did not last a year. The lining was torn at almost every seam. This is a serious manufacturing defect. very bad. This is a beautiful purse. Lots of compliments. Unfortunately poorly made. If you're looking for a wallet that will last at least a few years, avoid this one. Maybe they made improvements last year. Who knows? Early March 2019 - Super disappointment. I have several leather items from Polare, from backpacks to purses. And they are amazing. I bought this wallet in January '19 and the lining behind the credit card slots is already torn. Which of course makes credit card slots and later wallets terribly useless. I am hoping that Polare or Revain will contact me to help me resolve this issue. Update March 27, 2019 - Polar Customer Support, Jennifer and I have been in contact via email for the past two or three days. I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and their absolute desire to make things right. Polare gave me a code to order a new wallet. I'm waiting for a new wallet. Will be updated. But let's take the stars from 2 to 3. No, 4. The customer service was fantastic. Let's see what happens with the product. Update April 12, 2019 - Polare kindly sent me a new wallet. I received it a few weeks ago. He's just as handsome as the first one. And the seams stretched a bit. ALL IS WELL. I mark the original purchase as a simple downside. It happens. More importantly, this is a simple bug that Polare fixed right away. I will continue to admire this company.
