I like that just-contact is easy to use, and it's very customizable! It can be used for many different types of businesses - from small local business all the way up to large enterprises. This software allows me to manage my customer database in one place instead of having 2 or 3 separate databases. Also, it helps keep track of what calls have been made so we know if there are any issues with our customers' data. Sometimes it takes time to set everything up correctly but once you get it working, it works great! I also love being able to send out emails without going through another program/app first. We had an issue where someone was trying to reset their password (which they probably shouldn't have done) and when they did it sent them back to our website which caused some problems because they couldn't log into certain areas of the site. So now whenever this happens, I make sure to check.
