Works the same as the one supplied.

When my original TV remote had problems, it only had one button. Unfortunately, it was an input, a button that I use multiple times throughout the day and I can't use my cable or other remote for it. Using the button on the TV itself is a little tedious. I ordered this remote control and it worked right out of the box. Obviously this is a much cheaper option than replacing the TV!
