It says 64-bit what the chip is capable of, but it comes with a 32-bit OS. I was able to choose a different screen resolution but it looked the same and testing always showed 1920x1080. On other boxes I could connect a touchscreen, but it doesn't accept USB input for touch input, even if it's supposed to be a tablet OS running Android 9. The launcher's home screen isn't customizable and doesn't have power buttons- or navigation bar notifications. I tried settings, developer tools and other launchers but couldn't see them. Oh, and then it freezes intermittently so you have to shut down and restart, sometimes just hit the home button, kill processes and restart the application. Latest Android security patch is 2018, no updates. All in all, I didn't think it made sense to download any other firmware.
