As others have said, THIS IS NOT A NORMAL 24 GAUGE CAT5E. The picture shows a normal gauge cable, but that's a lie. I dragged it around things, caught the sharp edge and cut it off. Thought I'd fix it but it doesn't look like copper and is half the thickness of a .24. It will not fit into a perforated CAT5e port. I don't trust this product. I do not recommend. For the same price I bought the real offer at Big Box Orange. For just a few dollars, you can upgrade to CAT6 at BBO without having to wait for UPS.
